Delivery Terms

Many of our products are handmade or hand finished and are therefore subject to natural variation in colour and size. We want your products to be as fresh as possible so we don't make large amounts at any one time. Your order may therefore take up to five days to get to you. Please allow up to five days for personalized items. Please phone us if your order is urgent to check availability.

Payment and Data Security

Artful Teasing allows you to shop online safely and securely using your credit/debit card or PayPal. Credit/debit card transactions are handled by WorldPay.

If you do not wish to pay online please telephone us on 01798 343435 10.00-5.00 Monday to Saturday and place an order using your debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque we will be unable to dispatch you goods until the cheque has cleared.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never pass on any of your personal data to any other company.

We do not ship outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

Postage and Packing within England, Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland.

We endeavour to despatch your gifts within 48 hours, however as explained above we may like to make fresh products for you to enjoy and delivery may take up to five days.  Prices as follows:

Up to £50.00 postage is a flat rate of £3.99. Over £50.00 postage is free.

Orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail.

Returns

Please return any goods unopened within 5 days.

Please inform us of any breakages within 48 hours.

We are afraid we cannot replace personalised products unless there has been a mistake on our part.

Availability

We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, however, occasionally demand will outstrip supply. In these instances we will contact you and either suggest an alternative or remove the product from your order.
